3 years ago, I retired and relocated to Leadville, CO. In my absence I shared my Iowa home with friends and family in transition. I returned annually, in the Spring, to do yard work and gradually clear out memories and “stuff” from my home of 19 years! Robert and team jumped right in, helped us price it and list it with professional photos within that 5 days. It sold within 24 hours of listing. The whole process was smooth and easy. Rob was absolutely amazing! For a first time home buyer this experience, this experience could not have gone any more smooth. Everything that was going on was explained very well and I had never felt blindsided by anything. We went through everything together and if I had a question he answered back as soon as he could with an answer. Very down to earth guy.

We closed at the end of March, so this may be a little overdue, but still more than necessary.
